How we work: Its a partnership.
How do I charge?
I charge a day rate* plus expenses. Typical expenses include: Travel, hotel, meals and materials. Once we decide that we're going to work together I'll send you my contract to sign and return with a 50% deposit to secure the date. I don't hold the date until I receive a deposit. Final invoices are net 30 days.
Ideally your event space has a 4'x 8' flat wall at the front of the room. Mobile walls can be sourced in the event that wall space is unavailable.
Prep & Post Work
Usually I'm hired just for the event. I love focusing on the group, and handing over images at the close of the event. If you need visual support before your event or deliverables designed, I am skilled in Powerpoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Word.
When you hire me you get:
- Real-time graphic facilitation skills
- 5+years of experience
- All of the original drawings
- Digital images of the drawings
Prior to a proposal, sign off, contract, invoice and booking, an initial conversation should take place. This identifies basic needs covering the what, who, why, where/when and how to your event or meeting.
Once we decide that we're going to work together, I'll send you a final contract to sign and return with a 50% deposit to secure the date - and your event is booked!
